Returns & Damage Policy

Rent with confidence. We offer a flexible return and damage policy for all creative sets.

Cancellations must be made 72 hours before your booking date for a full refund. Within 48 hours, a 50% rental fee applies to cover the reservation of our exclusive collection pieces.

To cancel or modify your booking, please notify our studio concierge immediately via email or our platform.

Refunds for cancellations are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Security deposits are released 48 hours after item inspection at our studio, pending a damage-free return.

Policy & Conditions:

For a successful return, please ensure all items meet these standards:

  • Return within the booked window

  • Use original protective crates

The following cannot be returned:

  • Items altered, painted, or modified without written studio consent.

  • Custom-sourced props or bespoke upholstery commissioned for your project.

  • Goods damaged beyond repair through negligence or improper set usage.

  • Items missing their original architectural hardware or custom components.

SET SPACES reserves the right to assess all pieces. We differentiate between natural production wear and actual damage.

Studio Returns

Clients are responsible for transit risks. We highly recommend our white-glove transport to ensure item integrity.

We are not liable for items lost or damaged during third-party transport. We suggest insured, tracked shipping for all returns. Proof of delivery is required for the release of your security deposit and final rental closure.

Wear:

Minor scuffs are expected. However, if a piece is returned with significant upholstery stains or structural cracks, the repair cost will be deducted from your deposit. We will provide a detailed quote first.

For items damaged beyond repair, the full replacement value will be charged. We curate rare, high-end pieces that are often difficult to source or restore.
